Summer Fundraising Case Study

Gorgeous Jessie is a seven year old Staffordshire bull terrier cross who was rescued by Cotswolds Dogs and Cats Home earlier this year.

This affectionate dog absolutely loves the outdoors whether it’s a gentle stroll in the countryside or a play session with her favourite toys! Sadly, the rescue has struggled to find her a loving home and have spent many months working with her and caring for her.

This rescue centre will be fundraising with their partnered Pets at Home stores Yate and Cirencester for this year’s Support Adoption For Pets Fundraising Drive, hoping to raise money to help cover the costs of care for dogs like Jessie and to help raise her profile in the local community in the hope that she will find a loving home at last. Rescues like this dedicate themselves to abandoned pets, giving them a safe place to stay, food and any veterinary treatment as well as behavioural care and lots of love and affection!

Jessie is just one of thousands of abandoned pets that will benefit from the kind donations of the public during this event. Please give what you can and buy a charity scratch card in any Pets at Home store to help our appeal!
